If the order is already on its way
Open the order in the app and message the courier — the chat is open for the whole delivery. That is quickest.
Common questions
- An item was missing or spoiled — write within a day and we will replace it or refund it.
- The login code does not arrive — check the number and wait a minute; if it still does not, write to us.
- I want to delete my account — Profile → Delete account. This cannot be undone.
- Notifications are not arriving — check Profile → Notifications and the iOS settings for Çaqqon.
