Terms of Service

What this service is

Çaqqon is a corner shop with delivery inside a residential building. We sell groceries and bring them to your door.

The service operates only in the buildings listed in the app.

Orders and prices

• The price is the one shown in the app when you place the order.
• You can never be charged more than the amount you saw on the payment button. If stock falls before payment, the app recalculates and shows the new amount before taking anything.
• Any delivery fee is shown as its own line in the basket before payment.
• Any minimum order value is shown in the basket.

Eight minutes

Eight minutes is the target, calculated for delivery inside a single building. It is not a guarantee — lifts, weather and queues exist. If we are late, you see it in the app in real time.

Payment

• Cash to the courier on delivery, or by card in the app.
• Card details are handled by the payment provider; we store only their token and the last four digits.
• If a paid order is cancelled, the money returns to the same card.

Cancellation and returns

• You can cancel until the courier sets off; after that, contact support.
• Goods of inadequate quality will be replaced or refunded.
• Groceries of adequate quality that fall within the list of non-returnable goods under Uzbek law cannot be exchanged or returned.

Your account

• Sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. Never share the code — we will never ask for it.
• You are responsible for actions taken from your account.
• You can delete the account at any time from your profile.

What is not allowed

• Ordering for resale.
• Interfering with the service, or trying to reach other people's orders or data.
• Abusing couriers or staff — we close access for that.

Liability

We are responsible for product quality and for delivery. We are not responsible for network outages, payment system behaviour, or other matters outside our control.

Nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law.

Governing law

The laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan apply. Disputes are settled by negotiation, failing which in the court at the operator's location.
